Check-in time is normally set at 2PM. You will be provided a QR code by your host. You have to coordinate that with your host accordingly. If the unit is equipped with a smart lock, you will be provided with the access code.
Check-out time is normally set at 12PM.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and to maintain the quality and comfort of the unit, we kindly ask that you review and observe the following house guidelines during your stay. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Do not unplug or tamper with the Wi-Fi router or modem.
⚠️ Important: The smart lock relies on Wi-Fi. If disconnected, your access code may stop working and you may be locked out. Only the physical key or key card will function.
Do not open or tamper with the circuit breaker box. For any electrical issues, please contact the front desk or your host.
Do not adjust the water heater settings. It is preset for your safety and comfort. If there’s an issue, please reach out.
Do not tamper with or disable smoke detectors or fire alarms. This is a safety violation and may result in fines.
Do not eat in the bedroom or spill food on beds or couches. Any stains or spills that penetrate fabric or upholstery will incur deep cleaning charges.
Do not flush tissue paper, wet wipes, or any non-toilet items. Use the trash bin provided to prevent plumbing issues.
Do not move furniture or appliances. This can cause damage and result in charges. Do not leave any damages unreported. If something breaks (e.g., chair, appliance), kindly inform us. We inspect and document the unit's condition before and after every stay.
Do not touch or change any cable connections or settings on the TV or audio system. These are pre-set. Tampering may disrupt service or damage the equipment.
Do not leave windows or balcony doors open while the air conditioning is on. This causes condensation and energy waste.
Do not hang clothes, towels, or other items over the balcony railings. This is a safety hazard and violates building rules.
Do not use bath towels as floor mats, rugs, or for wiping the bathroom floor. Bath towels are strictly for personal use (e.g., drying after a shower). Using them to step on, line the bathroom floor, or absorb spills will result in replacement or deep cleaning charges.
Do not cook or microwave dried fish (e.g., tuyo, daing, or any strong-smelling food) inside the unit. These foods leave strong, lingering odors that are difficult to eliminate and may disturb future guests or neighboring units. For everyone’s comfort, please enjoy them outside the property or choose odor-free alternatives during your stay. We recommend buying them already cooked and ready to eat from restaurants nearby.
Do not host parties or unauthorized gatherings. Only approved and registered guests are permitted. There are designated facilities and spaces in the community where hosted parties are held on rental basis.
Do not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation. Outside visitors are not allowed to enter the unit. They may be accompanied to the lobby only. Two Bedrooms = 6 Guests One Bedroom = 4 Guests
Do not smoke inside the unit or on the balcony. This is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties and cleaning fees.
Do not play loud music or create excessive noise, especially after 10:00 PM. Respect quiet hours and your neighbors.
Do not wear inappropriate attire in common areas. Proper clothing is required at all times in public/shared spaces.
Do not bring in or remove large appliances/furniture without approval. A Gate Pass must be secured and approved by Property Management for such items.
Do not violate building or traffic rules. All guests must comply with the house rules and regulations of Azure Urban Resort Residences.
